We strive to ship every order as quickly as possible because we don't want you to have to wait too long! Please remember, however, that everything is made by hand with great attention to detail.
As a rule, all the pieces you find in the shop are in stock and can be shipped quickly. Please note, however, that in rare cases the production and shipping time of the order varies.
Estimated delivery time is 3-14 working days and delivery costs are €9 per package including VAT.

No liability is guaranteed after the package leaves the studio. However, every package is insured. If you have any questions, we are available at any time.
Return & exchange
Each piece is lovingly handcrafted and is unique. For this reason, no return or exchange can be considered. Each piece may have small imperfections as they are works of art and are handmade.
